It feels like every week ANOTHER video game gets delayed!
This week it was Middle Earth: Shadow of War, last week it was Red Dead Redemption 2, week before that Ace Combat 7! It felt like many of the big 2016 games were delayed into this year. Will this happen again? Are a heap of 2017 games making their way into 2018?
Ryan and Josh return with this weeks episode of For The Players: The PopCulturists’ PlayStation Podcast to talk about just that.
Are game delays a necessary evil that leads to better games? Or are games simply just being announced to early?
Along with this they discuss all the big PlayStation news of week like: more info from IO and Square Split, FF VII returning to interal development, the GOLD PS4, PS Plus for June 2017, and the top selling PlayStation games in Australia.
They also answer YOUR questions in From The Players.
Have a question for the team? Comment below and they will discuss it on the next episode.
With just under 40 years combined #PlayStation gaming and close to 5 years in games coverage, Ryan and Josh felt that they would be capable of throwing their hats in the ring and join the greater PlayStation discussion. This new weekly show will allow us to discuss the ins and outs of Sony’s hardware, software, and relationships.
For many this comes as no surprise. Many were able to guess from the not so subtle tease and the known affinity Ryan and Josh have for the PlayStation brand what this project could have been.
